  • Auxita is free to use by physicians and their teams. Our business model does not include the sharing, selling, or disclosure of patient or practice information.
  • Auxita understands that digital solutions are needed to help alleviate the administrative burdens physicians face on a daily basis. Therefore, we currently do not charge any healthcare provider for our technology. Certain Patient Support Programs functionalities within the Auxita platform are funded by industry as Auxita provides added efficiencies to their systems.
  • Auxita is fully integrated with several leading EMRs – and that list continues to expand, as EMR technology, connectivity and development continue to evolve.

  • Auxita improves current workflows by reducing redundant administrative tasks and automating processes. For example, Auxita consolidates all PSP enrolment and reimbursement forms into one place, so staff never have to search and log into various PSP sites to initiate enrolment and paperwork. And rather than having staff manually input patient information into these forms, Auxita will automatically pre-populate patient info via EMR integration. Auxita will also keep the enrolment process moving with automatic alerts and status updates.   • The physician / clinic is the custodian of the data. Auxita acts as a steward of the data as per the End User License Agreement (EULA) signed by the physician user.
  • Auxita only accesses and utilizes data needed to complete tasks specific to the PSP, such as Enrolment and Prior Authorization. No patient data is sent from Auxita to third parties (such as the PSP) without the expressed consent from the physician/clinic. Auxita will never share or sell patient data. All data is stored in Canada and is always encrypted whether in motion or at rest.
  • We have instituted multiple levels of protection for our platform that include authentication and encryption for users. Both our code and our systems are regularly evaluated by third-party reviews to ensure we are maintaining both security and privacy of our system. Our overall security approach is driven by a governance model that focuses on these two aspects in all facets of the business.
